New side quest!
Started working on a headless collaboration tool for solopreneurs, design-focused AI agencies, and product studios. It's called BOOM. Like all my side quests, it's scratching my own itch.
What is it? A re-imagined Loom. Starting with video, then moving toward an agentic Boom Room (shared spaces/gardens/agentic completion rooms). If you currently use Loom, i’d be keen to chat with you.
It's early... like, embarrassingly early. But if you want to become my first paying customer, or play with it, hit reply 🙂.
New Residencies
I'm advising one startup and spending 10 hours per week with another team. That leaves space for one more. Need help with product, GTM, or integrating AI into existing operations? Let's chat. Oh ya, I'll start adding design sprints in Q2. Hmu for case studies.

an agent that sorted through 150 designer applications (visited their sites, reviewed portfolios, and output a one-page report of the top five candidates with ranking)
a logo checker that flags if your new logo looks too close to a competitor's
web design tools, and other web scraping tools that just didn’t pan out
