Howdy hey- it's been a minute. 8 months since the last email. I've been heads down working with a founder while trying to answer the big question: what to build next?

I have a pretty good idea where I want to go and how the next 6 months will unfold. I'll be working with founders as a builder in residence while bootstrapping some new products on the side. 1 year later, does this Pyramid Shaped PM still hold up? Looking to create v2 for 2026. Hit reply and let me know how your team structures PMs and product work.
